EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are not refundable. On-sale items cannot be refunded and exchanges.
All items are eligible for one time exchange. If your purchased items are out of stock for exchange, you may exchange for other items within the purchasing amount and differences amount will not be refunded.
Color photo demonstration model body clothes for reasons different lighting and camera monitors the environment and other technologies may differ from the original color.
Also, please look at the size, please before buying your usual size worn size and above carefully compare.
Measurements of individual measurements due to manpower, there may be deviation 1-3cm, size does not fit or the color of some of the differences cannot be exchanged, thank you attention!
Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders. E-mail info@kate.com.hk to request exchange, and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to exchange, and reason for return.
Requirement that do not meet these criteria will not be processed. All delivery costs and risk shall borne by customers.
Returns non-sale items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order. Kate reserved the right to refuse exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
Note: Please return the products within 7 days when received our return confirmation. After 7 days any return application will no longer accept.
After received our return confirmation, you can choose deliver return items by courier or pick up at our retail stores.
Courier of exchange items must be deliver to our address by S.F. Express or DHL and provide us delivery reference number. After inspection, replacement items will be sent out within 3 working days.
You may deliver returned items to retail stores staff and receive replacement items. Please note that replacement items must be based on items provided in email. Once confirmed, you can no longer choose other items after arriving at retail stores. Any difference amount cannot be used in retail store. (Since online store and retail stores are operated independently, retail stores only provide goods delivery services. All online store transaction must be based on online store information. Please inform to us if any changes. Retail stores will not provide any unannounced arrangements.)
If return items does not reach discount full amount or free gift full amount at the time of purchase, you need to pay discount difference or free gift must be returned together with return items.
